Faculty: Upgrade your Zoom Account to Licensed
Prior to starting a new semester, you must log into your New England Law Zoom account in a web browser using Single Sign-On (SSO) in order to upgrade your account to "Licensed". This is important for recording in-person classes on Zoom or for when you need to conduct your class online via Zoom.
Step 1: In a web browser, navigate to https://nelboston.zoom.us/ and select "Sign In".

Step 2: Sign in with your NESL Credentials (the same you use for Email and Canvas).

Step 3: In the upper right, click on your profile picture and confirm that it reads "Licensed".

If it still reads "Basic" in Step 3, try logging out and logging back in again. If your account is still basic after the second attempt, please submit a request through the IT Support Portal for further assistance.
