Switching between Microsoft 365 applications

When you access a Microsoft 365 application such as your NELB email mailbox through your web browser, you can quickly switch to other Microsoft 365 applications using the app launcher. The app launcher is located in the top left corner and is indicated by an icon that appears to be a 3x3 grid of dots.

Click the app launcher icon to see a list of other Microsoft 365 apps available to you as well as quick links to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentation slides using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint on the web respectively.

The top section of the app launcher has a search bar and list of apps, while the bottom lets you create new content.

If you don't see the app you're looking for in this list, you can either search for it or click "More apps".

Depending on which app you're currently in, you may also have quick links to different Microsoft 365 apps available in a menu on the leftmost side of your screen. Click the icon for the app you want to access or the grid of four squares at the bottom to see more apps.
