Windows: How to install PaperCut Mobile Printing

Make sure your Wi-Fi is turned on and you are connected to the NELBWIFI network.

In your preferred web browser, access the PaperCut Mobile Print Installation site using the following link: PaperCut Mobile Print Download
Confirm that the installer page lists the correct operating system. Click Download under Step 1.
- If the operating system listed isn't correct, use the links at the bottom of the page to change to the Windows installer.
Locate the downloaded installer file (it is typically in your "Downloads" folder) and double-click on it to run the installation.
- Depending on how your device is configured, the PaperCut Mobile Printing installer may ask you to allow the installer to make changes to your device. This is required when installing the print services on your device. Click on Yes.
When the Installation Wizard opens, click OK on the first screen that opens.
On the License Agreement screen, read the End User License Agreement text, then select "I accept the agreement". Click Next to proceed.
On the Printer Selection screen, ensure that "Student Printer" is checked. Click Next.
The installer will ask for your network login information. Enter your NELB username (the part of your email address before the @nesl.edu) and the password you use for your NELB email.
- If you encounter a "Hold for authorization" error, this means you entered the incorrect login credentials.
After signing in, allow the installer to finalize the installation and click Finish.
To ensure that any required settings have updated properly, please restart your device. You should now see "Student Printer" as an option to select when printing a document.
