Set up your security questions

If you haven't already done so, please set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in addition to the steps in this guide.

Navigate to the Microsoft account Security info page on your computer.
If you're not already logged in or if you've previously set up MFA authentication, you may be prompted to log in and verify your identity.
On the Security info page, click "+ Add sign-in method".
Select "Security Questions" from the "Add a sign-in method" menu that opens.
Use the dropdown menus to select your security questions and enter your answers, then click "Done".
