Navigating the SharePoint start page
When you use the Microsoft 365 app switcher to access SharePoint, you will be taken to the SharePoint start page.
Open a site
- All sites you've been granted access to will be listed in the "My Sites" menu in the leftmost vertical navigation.
- Any sites that you've followed will also be listed in the main content area of the SharePoint start page under the Following heading.
- Click the name of the site you want to access in order to open the files and content of that site.
Search for sites and content
The search box at the top of the page will suggest both sites and files that you've recently accessed or that match your search term.
Saved for later
You can jump to any files or content that you've favorited or bookmarked for later by clicking them from the list under the "Saved for later" heading. Clicking a document link under this heading will open that document in its corresponding Office 365 application on the web.
