Accessing your Community's files in a browser
The following instructions should work in any browser on your computer or mobile device. You can also access your Community's files through the Viva Engage mobile app if you prefer that workflow instead.
- Access your group's Community page in Microsoft Viva Engage using your preferred web browser.
- At the top of your Community where the group logo and name are, click the Files tab.
- Navigate through the folders and files to find what you're looking for.
Using a Pinned link
- Access your group's Community page in Microsoft Viva Engage using your preferred web browser.
- Scroll down the page until you see the "Pinned" box in the right sidebar.

Note: If your browser window is small or you're using the browser on your mobile device, you may need to click the left pointing arrow icon at the top left of the page to see the additional information sidebar with the Pinned box.
- Look for the pinned link to your document library. It may be called "Documents", "Files", or something else depending on how it was setup.
- Navigate through the folders and files to find what you're looking for.
