Viewing Pinned links in a Community
Pinned links are a way for the admins of your Community to highlight important resources for quick access.
In a web browser
- Access your group's Community page in Microsoft Viva Engage using your preferred web browser.
- Scroll down the page until you see the "Pinned" box in the right sidebar.

Note: If your browser window is small or you're using the browser on your mobile device, you may need to click the left pointing arrow icon at the top left of the page to see the additional information sidebar with the Pinned box.
In the mobile app
Pinned links may launch your device's mobile browser. If the link is to the document library for your Community or to specific documents, you may be prompted to login again to access the linked resource.
- In the Viva Engage mobile app, navigate to your Community.
- Click the name of your group under the group header and logo.
- On the "About this Community" screen, scroll down to the "Pinned" header.
- Depending on the number of pinned items your Community has, you may have to click "See all pinned items" to expand the list and find the resource you're looking for.
