Accessing your Community's files in the mobile app
Note: Some devices may not be able to load the file list properly within the Engage mobile app. If you see an error or don't see all of the files you're expecting, try accessing your files using the web browser on your phone or follow the instructions below for using a pinned link.
The following instructions will work for the Viva Engage mobile app. See Using the Communities mobile app for more information.
- In the Viva Engage mobile app, navigate to your Community.
- Click the name of your group under the group header and logo.
- On the "About this Community" screen, scroll down to the "Files" header.
- Click "See all files"
Using a Pinned link
A Pinned link to the document library for your Community will launch your device's mobile browser and may prompt you to login again to access the linked resource.
- In the Viva Engage mobile app, navigate to your Community.
- Click the name of your group under the group header and logo.
- On the "About this Community" screen, scroll down to the "Pinned" header.
- Look for the pinned link to your document library. It may be called "Documents", "Files", or something else depending on how it was setup.

- Depending on the number of pinned items your Community has, you may have to click "See all pinned items" to expand the list.
- If you don't see a document link and you have permission to add pins, see the instructions in Managing Pinned links for your Community to add a pin.
