OneDrive quick facts
Files on OneDrive are private by default
Uploading a file to OneDrive does not share it with anyone unless you choose to share it.
Share with only who you want
Unlike having a folder on a shared machine or drive, OneDrive lets you choose who gets to see or edit your files.
Access your files from anywhere
Use the web browser on your personal computer or devices to view and manage your files from off campus without the need for additional remote access applications, such as VPN or Horizon.
Tip: Have an NELB issued computer? If you see “Your Name – New England Law | Boston” in your File Explorer, you can create and manage your OneDrive folders and files the same way you would use your computer’s Documents folder.
No more lost progress
Files in OneDrive automatically save the changes you make as you make them. You can also easily see and restore previous versions of your OneDrive files using the version history.
Collaborate in real time
Work together in the same file without having to email versions back and forth.
